Full gear, as we are training on grass in Barnes.

No particular colors to wear.

Match days

London French colors: Red socks, white shorts, LFR jersey (provided on the day), Personnal stuff you should bring: gumshield, boots, strapping, towel... and subs !

Ask the president Antoine Lurot to get the LF white short (£20).

For "la troisieme mi-temps", we ask players to wear white shirt and club tie. LFR Beret goes well with it too. Other than being a form of respect it is usually also welcomed by Opposition, Ref and Ladies with a nice smile.

Social events. (This includes match days)

Polo shirt, Tie, beret..... Depending on the occasion a LFR accessory is most appreciated.

The following LFR items are available from Jean Fouquet. He's usually down at training and on match days, so just let him know what you want in advance so he can bring the stash with him.
