London French RFC - Membership

Player and Social memberships 2012-13

To become a part of the tradition that is London French RFC you will need to become a member which is subject to an annual membership fee.

Playing membership * £150*
   
Student membership £75

* GBP 75 for half a season - after 01/01/2013)

For the time being we are an amateur club which means your membership pays for:

  • Pitch rental (Barnes)
  • Player insurance (death or permanent disability)
  • RFU and Middlesex RFU fees
  • Referee Fee
  • Some Club social Events

Player insurance cannot cover you, unless you have your membership.

As the club cannot accept this risk, all current players must pay their membership before they are allowed to play.

NO MEMBERSHIP = NO PLAY !

As our membership fees fund Club social events, it is also fair that non playing members pay their membership fee.These fees must be received before your invitation acceptance to club functions, parties, international matches and tours.

How to pay

Contact your captains at training and they will tell you how to pay your membership.

PLAYER REGISTRATION

For you to play in league fixtures we will also need the following from you:

  • Completed RFU player registration form : download here
  • Copy of passport photo page for all players born outside UK
  • Copy of working visa for players from outside the EU

Without registration the club cannot play you in RFU league or cup matches, so therefore please make every effort to complete these as quickly as possible.

PLAYER RFU REGISTRATION
All new players to the club must be registered with the RFU.
  • If you are British or were born in Britain, then just send us your date and place of birth and current address.
  • For all others, you must print out, fill out and scan the attached form (Player_Reg_Form.pdf), and send it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Alternatively, give it to us in person to either Moise, Alex or Tangi.

Please do it as soon as possible (i.e. NOW!)

 

MEMBERSHIP FEES

We are now looking to collect the fees for the upcoming 2012/2013 season.

Amount: £150 full season or £75 for half season (starting 01/01/2013) or for students/unemployed.

Please get in touch with your captains to get the bank account detail.

This fee guarantees your membership to the club, covers you with basic rugby-related insurance (i.e. against death or permanent disability caused by the practice of rugby – please ask if you require further info) and also importantly enables the club to function by helping to finance our facilities, kit and activities. Please make the payment now!

If you pay your subs before the end 28/09/2012, you will also be entitled to a free London French t-shirt and beret.

Please email Moise and Rob once your subs have been paid.
