WASP2 vs LFR2 (20-13) This week comments will be short as all in all it is a big disapointment for all players and supporters who joined us at the WASP grounds. The game was close, but the quality of rugby much greater. We came with a fantastic team thanks to another record braking availiabilty week but They dominated the all important line out phases, rucksand believe it or not scrum. The result is probably fair as a better organised and more disciplined team should always impose their game, their rythm, their final score. To take Serges analysis, we had the quality players to beat them by 30 points but unfortunately like all British teams they worked on their basics while we didn’t have any. It was really nice to see that rugby played simply as a real unit can be so productive which like Serge said should be an example for us; to which we can then add our quality and really have a great team. At least you know in advance one of the goals for next year guys. Special thanks to world Class supporters who came down and watch. From the likes of the Family Betsen to our loyal President Lurot or Martino (Italia), Henri, Pierre (NZ), Olivier.... We wish a prompt recovery to Francois, Ian and especially Galanz who unfortunatly only stayed on the pitch 5 minutes due to a broken colar bone. Try scorers : Julien Nuer (1), Greg Frileux (1), Penalty: Fari (1)  Pierre  |
